Refunds and Exchange Policy

At Ferg Apparel, we are committed to providing our customers with quality clothing and accessories. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines the terms regarding refunds and exchanges.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales at Ferg Apparel are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased, including clothing, accessories, or other items. This policy ensures that every item is sold in new and pristine condition and is not subject to wear or handling after purchase.

Order Confirmation

By placing an order with Ferg Apparel, you confirm that you have reviewed your selection carefully, including size, color, and design. We strongly advise reviewing all order details before completing your purchase to avoid any misunderstandings or dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Sizing: Please ensure you consult our sizing chart before placing an order. Ferg Apparel is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect sizes.

  • Colors: While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, colors may appear differently due to varying screen resolutions and device settings.

    If you have any questions or uncertainties about the product details, feel free to contact our support team prior to completing your purchase.

    Shipping Address Accuracy

    To ensure your order is delivered promptly and without issues, please double-check that all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. This includes providing your full and complete address, such as apartment or unit numbers, if applicable.

    Ferg Apparel is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete address (such as a missing apartment number), the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for a replacement of a damaged or defective product:

  1. You must provide proof of the damage or defect, such as detailed photographs.

  2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags

    attached. 

  3. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item (at no cost to

    you) before issuing a replacement.

Upon review and approval of your claim, we will send you a replacement for the defective item. No refunds will be provided for damaged or defective items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ferg Apparel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier for assistance.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.

Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure that all information, including your shipping address, payment details, and product selections, is correct before submitting your order.
