2. Orders & Payment 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase, and we accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders every Monday, which can be 1 or 6 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on location and chosen shipping method. Ferg Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. We do not have control over the duration of shipping.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. Please also make sure your details are as accurate as possible. If you live in an apartment, remember to list your apartment number in your shipping address. “Return to sender” orders can only be shipped again once the customer has paid for shipping.

5. Product Availability & Accuracy 

Product descriptions, colors, and images on our site are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact matches due to screen display differences. Products may be limited in availability or discontinued without notice.

6. Privacy & Security

Your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to process orders such as shipping carriers.

All content on Ferg Apparel’s website, including logos, designs, and images, are the intellectual property of Ferg Apparel. Unauthorized use is prohibited and can be subject to penalty.
